Someone is asking your nameserver for the root nameservers' nameservers. They're doing something like dnsqr ns . or host -t ns . Do they all come from the same host? They appear to in your excerpt. Either that host has your tinydns server's IP in its /etc/resolv.conf, or they're directly querying your tinydns server instead of a cache. I don't see such queries in my tinydns logs.
