It is a new "service" from SIDN which every registrar does get if he doesn't manually unsubscribe.
I think some other people on this list using SIDN will receive the same mailing in a couple of days.

Q: Who does SIDN send the reports to?
A: SIDN e-mails a DNS Report to every ‘registrar contact person’, as recorded in the DRS, once
a month. Each registrar receives a report dealing only with the domain names managed by
that registrar. If you don’t want to receive a monthly DNS Report, you can unsubscribe by emailing
[email protected].

Q: When does SIDN send DNS Reports?
A: Each registrar is sent a report once a month, but reports are not sent to all registrars at the
same time. A batch is sent out each day of the month, including Saturdays and Sundays,
except for the 29th, 30th and 31st.
