Mark Johnson References?

Does anyone have any references, resume, background, anything at all on 
Mark Johnson?  

My previous question went unanswered, so it seems no one knows him.

[email protected]'s first post on Qmail was Jan 29, 2008 (1 year ago),
and his first post on the DJBDNS list was this November.   There are no 
other Mark Johnson's on the qmail list or the DJBDNS list prior to that, 
posting from another email account.

Repackaging code doesn't seem to me like the sort of thing that junior
people do in their first year, certainly not in their first public
technical post.  Repackaging and releasing code with discredited changes
from a dubious source also isn't something a junior person would likely
do.  So I wonder if Mr. Johnson isn't really a junior person and wonder
if the identity might be a recently created sockpuppet.  Given the
recent attempts to launder reputation on the discredited
Vixie/Kaminsky/Day Scam changes, this seems like it might be part of
that.

Does anyone actually know Mr. Johnson for longer than one year and have
a work reference?  College reference? Were he is from? Anything?
