tinydns authoritative ACL's

Hello,

I am currently looking to see if there is any way with tinydns to 
provide a dns "view". For example have one pair of authoritative dns 
servers and have one big database. However for say 192.x addresses we 
only respond to queries from specific address ranges (say our internal 
network ranges).

I have had a look around and it seems that the only simple way is to 
have two databases and have separate instances of tinydns. Is this the 
only way?
