I'm not an expert in dnscache log analyse. Here is logs:

The are clean, I've switched off all other applications and services,
so logs contain only data related to test dnsip runs.
I've restarted dnscache, did 2-3 requests for sites like google.com, and
then start testing:
# dnsip pause.perl.org
dnsip: fatal: unable to find IP address for pause.perl.org: temporary failure
# dnsip releases.mozilla.org
dnsip: fatal: unable to find IP address for releases.mozilla.org: temporary failure
# dnsip pause.perl.org
195.149.117.110 <--- SURPRISE, THAT'S FIRST (AND LAST) TIME I GOT IT!!!
