This data is in the WHOIS data, just like the rest of your nameserver
registration.  You can see it here, for example:

    http://reports.internic.net/cgi/whois?whois_nic=ns1.totallogic.com&type=nameserver

All of the GTLD nameservers build their glue data from this
information, and your registrar is responsible for providing the right
data.

Your registrar has to provide some way to do this.  The registrars
I've used have all provided some kind of a form to do this.
register.com probably has one hidden away somewhere; if not call them,
or change registrars.

I have never seen changes from my own servers propogate to a
registrar's system or a GTLD server.  Maybe if your registrar has some
special arrangement, like if they are a secondary DNS host for you,
they have some other way of getting this information.  But it would
surprise me.
