DJB DNS trademark issue

I noticed that when one puts 'dns cr.yp.to' into Google, Ultradns.com
shows up /before/ cr.yp.to/djbdns.html, as a paid link.  I had heard
that Google was doing this, and that people were getting upset with
trademark infringement and market confusion.
