I wouldn't be surprised if it had some bad interactions with the
qmerge patch, but I haven't specifically looked into it.  Also, it
uses the cache for saving Diffie-Hellman shared secrets; if there are
patches that store new data in the cache, these might have problems as
well.

Nothing else comes to mind off hand though.  If you have a list of
patches included in zinq, I'll take a look if any might interact with
this one.
