Hi, I'm migrating and old MS-DNS to dnscache+tinydns. I'm having a weird problem and I don't know where it could be coming from. I have the Windows desktop with the MS-DNS IPs as DNS servers, I ping any domain and it resolves it. I have the Windows desktop with the dnscache IPs as DNS servers, I ping and it does not resolve the domain, but if I run nslookup, it does resolve. After searching in google, I was able to fix it stopping the "DNS Client" service in the Windows box, but I have over 200 clients on the network and I don't want to go one by one stopping the service. Did anybody run into this problem? why if the DNS server is running MS-DNS works but if it is running dnscache doesn't work? Thanks! crlankis
