 There are two distinct goals to strive for.

 A. We need a real, available, free implementation of DNSCurve.
This is a technical goal.
 B. DNSCurve must be adopted by at least one influential entity, be it
OpenDNS, Google, or anyone else important enough in the DNS world.
This is a political goal.

 DJB states he's working on A, but we don't know when his implementation
will be available, so unless he announces a release date very soon, we
have to deal without it.

 * Do we have A ? If we do, once we can demonstrate the power of DNSCurve,
it will be easier to lobby groups in order to get B.
 * Do we have B ? If we do, then the entity supporting DNSCurve may help
fund the achievement of A so we get it sooner.

 What do we have today ?

 As a personal note, I would be ready to drop my current job now and
start working on A full-time if I was getting paid for it. I don't think
I'm the only one ; only real-life constraints are delaying us from A.
