Is a DNSCurve enabled public recursive resolver really any use without
a DNSCurve enabled stub resolver?  How does that work?  I suppose you
could run a dnscache instance that speaks DNSCurve in forward only
mode, but if you've got that, why do you need a public recursive
resolver?
