Whether it was "completely open source" or partially open source makes
no difference. The relevant fact is that there is no accountability and
no physical contact.

I challenge you to show me another "completely" open source project that
is truly anonymous;  one whose //only// contact is a gmail username,
with no physical address, nothing.

But I'll offer this challenge: If oneone run this zinq at a real
company, (in the US--no international postage), send me a note off-list,
with all the details of your name, your company address and name of CEO,
stating that you are knowingly running zinq.  I'll send a letter to your
employer letting them know of the situation as I see it. And if anyone
is let go as a result, I'll add them to the IADL page.  And then we can
see, by the list of terminated admins, whether the poll is right. It'll
be just like back in the day when people said they could abuse open
relays and read customer email without violating the wiretap act and the
ECPA. :-)  So, any takers?
