The cornell notes you cite have no bearing on anyone's ability to report
the personally witnessed results of a poll in court.  The notes are not
proof of what you assert and refute nothing I've said. You have no
explanation of your assertion whatsoever, and it would have no relevance
in anycase. Even if your assertion was true, it wouldn't change the
facts of the poll and nor change its dicussion on this list and other
lists.

The indisputable evidence and record is that my reputation for reports
or assertions of fact is that they are true, validated and often
confirmed by independent sources. Yours are not.  My report of the poll
results is not a soapbox, nor is it hearsay. At least, it is not hearsay
for me to report it.  Your dispute is frivolous.

I can not take you seriously. No one else can either.  There, I wasted 
another 2 minutes.
