Apparently not.  I posted the references last year. I cite them

It was exposed in MIT Techonology Review, December 2008, pg 64.  And you
also apparently didn't read my NTIA comments on that subject, which
identifies the prior references.

I don't doubt you have seen this kind of poisoning in the wild, but
probably not on dnscache, though.  Its too hard to be practical; takes
tens of millions of packets in ~100ms. Possible, but not likely. I think
you are not telling the truth about dnscache.  But many people have seen
it, though. For many, many, many years.  Of course, that is the point.
The hoax is that there was nothing new; there was really no reason to 
alarm:

   "switch to OpenDNS, RIGHT NOW."

And that was the scam.  To benefit OpenDNS.   Vixie knew better:

  "Dan, I am speaking to you over an over an unsecure cell phone. Please 
   do not ever say to anyone what you just said to me over an unsecure
   cell phone again"

Very Dramatic, but complete BS.

BTW, on Bay Road: Is that building owned by the same owner as 950
Charter? You said it was part of a complex. Same owner: same difference.  
950 Charter appears to be owned by Rick Adams, who doesn't charge rent
regularly to ISC (or Nomimum)   What month did you say you worked for 
MAPS?  Sometime in 2000?
