This is the message in errpt you get when it happens:

The label for this error is "LABEL: PGSP_KILL" and the probable cause it
gives is "SYSTEM RUNNING OUT OF PAGING SPACE".

Perhaps you were running with early paging space allocation enabled, so an
OOM kill will never occur. Or maybe you got lucky and never ran into a
long-running process with a (sudden) memory leak or something similar.. :)
