I can't find the original patch at the moment, but it seems to have
been incorporated into various patch collections.  Shouldn't be too
much trouble to separate it back out.  I think this might be most, if

What functionality does the jumbo-p13 have that you're after?  I think
Jos Backus included it in his jumbo-josb patch, bits of which I've
merged into my djbdns fork:

I might see if I can extract that out of some of the patches that
include it and get it to apply to zinq-djbdns.  I don't know that I'd
merge it in and ship it, but that might give you what you're looking
for.
