BIND 9.6-ESV is now EOL

The day that was long foretold has come. With the release of BIND 9.6-ESV-R11, the BIND 9.6-ESV branch has officially reached its end-of-life (EOL.) Under ISC's policies this means that the 9.6-ESV branch will no longer receive bug fixes and security updates. Users of BIND 9.6-ESV are encouraged to migrate to a supported branch. BIND 9.9 is suggested as the best choice for most users.
