Changes in the development tools used to build Windows binary packages for new BIND releases have forced a change in the way ISC publishes Windows builds. Beginning with the current set of releases (BIND 9.9.9-P2, BIND 9.10.4-P2, and BIND 9.11.0b2) ISC now publishes *three* Windows builds instead of two.
