Yes, I found the rpms, but the bind-sdb rpm was built against a different version of libpq and libdb4 than my system (CentOS 5). So I need to get the patch or the whole srpm to rebuild it and test it. I tried the bind package, but the regular bind binary doesn't connect to mysql, so I assume that the DLZ capability is only enabled in the bind-sdb binary (and your logs do indeed show that named-sdb is what you're using). For now I can't test it, but I expect that it works properly if it attempts to connect to mysql. - -- Regards...
