The patch working fine and the additional data are in the good order but only with the 9.3.2 (not newer) With ctrix_dlz_9.3.2-1.patch.gz (http://projects.navynet.it/) dlz-additional_records_section.patch (from Henrik Erkkonen) But the 9.4.X source code is not understandable for me.
