Thanks.  Now if I can just figure out how to apply all the patches in that
srpm, I would be set.  I have no clue on how to apply a patch.

Since just compiling the bind that comes in that srpm and starting it still
ignores the directive, I assume none of the patches have been applied.
Or...  Do I need to add some options in when I execute ./configure?
