I've personally not done the patch. I try to stick with release code so I don't have to deal with merges and changes as releases come out. But let me know how you go. I wonder if a clever SQL query would do the job? Check the type that is being queried, and if it requires additional fields, then return them also. It would get pretty messy in the config file, but once you have it done, it might work. Anyone else like to speculate on that?
