Yes, is the problem but postgresql startup in level 5 and bind startup in 
rc.local but bind no conect to postgresql when login in conect fine.

check the service start order.  Likely you are trying to start bind w/ DLZ 
before the DB is started.  Thus, it can't connect and fails.
