1) Look in the DLZ documentation. All pre-defined tokens are detailed there. 2) They are defined by code within the DLZ drivers that parses the strings looking for tokens and then breaks them into parts. The parts are then combined with the replacement values where the tokens were originally. 3) Write new code. 4) The drivers are well documented at the DLZ site (http://bind-dlz.sf.net). The code is well commented and is the best documentation on how things actually work.
