Build dlz_ldap_driver under Windows

Dear bind-dlz-testers,
I wish to build bind with dlz-ldap on windows.
I am able to build bind with dlz support, but it doesn't build dlz-ldap
driver.
As I see, no any win32 files available for dlz drivers except example.
I tried to copy/modify example driver files for dlz-ldap, but while without
success.
Does anybody have win32 files to build dlz-ldap driver?
As I understand, it should build .dll file which I will connect to bind
with dlopen driver or something similar.
I am working on my own project and bind with dlz-ldap is a part of it. I
tested bind with dlz-ldap on osx and on linux, but unable to build it for
windows.
