Strange named failures

Colleagues, please tell me what could be going on. There is a bind918-9.18.26_1 server on the FreeBSD 13.4 platform. Periodically, it stops resolving incoming requests, but after restarting the program, operability is restored. There are no alarming messages in the log files. I've heard similar complaints before. How can I understand what this is? I am ready to provide the necessary additional information. I would be grateful for your help.
