[MaraDNS list] Csv2 delimiters

Hello,

Is there a reason that , isn't a valid delimiter in csv2 zone files? I'm 
new to MaraDNS and I figure there's probably a reason that was omitted I 
just don't know it. If it won't screw anything up I'll give you my patch 
to add it if anyone is interested.
