[MaraDNS list] MaraDNS 1 (legacy) security bugfix

Security fix for MaraDNS 1: Maximum TTL is now one day, to avoid ghost
domain-style attacks with the legacy version of MaraDNS. This is akin
to the recent Deadwood update.
