[MaraDNS list] Deadwood 3.2.04 released

I have released Deadwood 3.2.04.  This has, compared to Deadwood
3.2.03 (released a year ago), a number of bug fixes and one security
update.

Users of Deadwood 3.2.03d do not need to update to this release to
stay current with regards to security; however, there are a number of
bug fixes for 3.2.03d users and it is worthwhile to update.  More

Users of older Deadwood releases who set root_servers in their
Deadwood configuration file need to change the IP for one of the root
servers from 128.8.10.90 to 199.7.91.13.

There is one bug fix which could cause issues with certain, probably
hypothetical, DNS setups on the Internet:
