[MaraDNS] Deadwood update: Deadwood now works with RFC2535 packets

A decade and a half after RFC2535 came out, dig is finally starting to generate packets using the extra bits in the header defined there. I have updated Deadwood (MaraDNS' recursive resolver) to be able to handle those packets. For users using a newer version of dig, get the latest snapshot of Deadwood: https://github.com/samboy/MaraDNS I plan on releasing a new version of MaraDNS and Deadwood in early 2015 with these fixes applied (as well as the zoneserver in Cygwin fixes) - Sam
