.com nameservers may tell you "nameservers for casitageorge.com are ..."
but as the answer is "ns1.cibolo.us" the .com nameservers have no idea  
about the IP.
A resolver have to ask .us nameservers to get them. That's what the  
statement above like to tell you.
So: it's OK...

Btw:
I prefer https://zonemaster.net to make such checks.
And that tool found "Nameserver ns2.cibolo.us has an IP address  
(104.245.34.178) without PTR configured."
