Why not let comments can be used in the forward-zones-file?

Hi all,

Based on the following website:

https://doc.powerdns.com/md/recursor/settings/#forward-zones-file

It said that:

No comments are allowed in the `forward-zones-file'. Considering that one 
may have hundreds of entries for forward-zones in this file, why not let 
comments can be used in the forward-zones-file?
