[Feature request] Option to change HTTP check interval for ifurlup in Lua records

I found the default HTTP check interval in Lua record’s `ifurlup` is too low and I want to change the interval. But there is no interval option for ifurlup(https://doc.powerdns.com/authoritative/lua-records/functions.html#ifurlup <https://doc.powerdns.com/authoritative/lua-records/functions.html#ifurlup> ). I hope it could add this option in 4.2.

PS: There are interval option in the test version, but I cannot find it in 4.2.
