PowerDNS DNSdist 1.9.5 released

Hello!

We released PowerDNS DNSdist 1.9.5 today, fixing minor bugs:
- Reply to HTTP/2 PING frames immediately
- Use the correct source IP for outgoing QUIC datagrams
- Two race conditions with custom Lua web handlers
- Syslog logging should be enabled by default
- Log the correct amount of bytes sent for DoH with nghttp2
- Enforce a maximum number of HTTP request fields and a maximum HTTP 
request line size in the internal webserver
- Edit the systemd unit file, CAP_BPF  is no longer sufficient for eBPF
- Fix 'Error creating TCP worker' error message

We also added two minor new features for Lua FFI users:
- Add a Lua FFI function to set proxy protocol values
- Add Lua FFI bindings to generate SVC responses
