Need help after the upgrade

Hello 

I had a powerdns server and the server died for some hardware issues during the day. Since I did not remember what version of powerdns it was running at I deployed a new server and deployed the latest stable version on it. Then because of mismatches in the database I have found out that it was something like 4.3 therefore I run the sql migration script to make it compatible with 4.7 schema. Now the powerdns keep failing with the following error:

Any idea how can I fix it at least to a state where I can export the zones to some files so that I could reimport them in a new installation with new database.
