Well, in fact, that can be very constructive. In my business I would rather 
hear more from clients that are unhappy for some reason, especially if they 
will share that reason, then I would from happy customers. But I would like 
to ideally hear from both.

Anyways, having said that, I would suggest that while I am giving constructive 
critiques, I would hope you would notice that I have also taken great pains 
to limit my critique to issues concerning corporate behavior and decisions as 
much as possible. AND I would agree with you if you were to say that such 
critiques are probably NOT appropriate for where the user community
will be going now that Mitel has decided to stop directly supporting their 
employees' time as regards SME, as well as leaving new versions of SME up to 
the current user community.

Anyways, if you can understand the above; great. If not; that's o.k. too.
