Figures 12 and 13 in Binoy's thesis at http://eggert.org/students/chemmagate-thesis.pdf have some related data. 

(Note that these plot TCP SYN/SYNACK RTTs and mobile networks are known to use TCP proxies that can introduce additional delays.)
