Thank you very much for all your testing.  Etherboot's PXE stack is 
constantly improving, but there are still some cases where we do not 
interoperate as well as we might like to.

I would like to ask you the favor of using your setup as a test case 
for Etherboot 5.5.  It sounds like debugging it might help us to 
understand where our PXE stack is not interoperating.  I regret our 
code is not yet able to support your PXE needs, but I believe that it 
soon will be able to, and with your help and testing this will happen 
sooner.

When we are ready to do testing, it will be helpful if you can post 
some files so that we can emulate your setup in bochs, to see where it 
fails.
