I create nk.bin and flash it into FLASH MEMORY, not bios chip :).

Isn't this about your thingy: http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Compaq-T1500-HOWTO/?
T1500's flash filesystem structure is different from t1000, nk.bin
prolly won't work at all.
