For what it's worth - The earlier SysKonnect drivers do not work correctly in 2.6.5 kernels. I had trouble getting my Intel 915GEV mb (with the Marvell) working with FC2. The sk98lin driver in FC2 doesn't work at all with this chip. The latest SysKonnect driver does work -reasonably- well, I still get periodic disconnects.
