Patience, please.  Let the man work.

He did not release because the code is not ready to release.

When gPXE was started, we had no idea that Ken would be leaving 
Etherboot and that I would be taking over as Project Leader.  It has 
taken substantial work to figure out how to best merge things, both 
technically and socially.

And, though I have respect for ESR's writings, and shared an office 
with RMS at MIT once upon a time, I don't take what they say without 
considering the situation carefully.

Further to the point, Geert, please don't presume that just because you 
have CVS access that your changes will necessarily be accepted.  All 
opinions will be heard here, not just the loudest or most forceful.  
Please keep this in mind when proposing changes, and when questioning 
your peers.
