It doesn't surprise me that some of the more obscure compilation options produce compilation errors; this is one of the problems that I'm addressing in Etherboot 5.5. Since you state that you want a "pxe image", and since the PXE specification explicitly requires the use of DHCP, might I just suggest that you don't use the "No DHCP support" option?
