If you have written a driver lately

Hi

If you contributed a driver lately and you still remember which Linux
Kernel (or other source) it was based on please add something similar to:

*       Linux Driver Version 0.30, 25 Sep 2004
*       Linux Kernel 2.6.10

to the comments at the beginning of the driver.

I have done that for most of the drivers that I have written and it
proved invaluable in providing a fast update to the forcedeth to support
newer models including the Gigabit model. It was a simple matter of
running through a diff of the two versions and adding the required
changes.

I would consider it a requirement for future drivers.

Regards

Tim
