[HACK] SMC91111

Hi,

this patch against 5.4-CVS enables the smc9000 driver to work also with
smc91C11xFD controllers. At least it works fine with an SSV ADNP/1520
DIL/NetPC board I have here.

No, I do not know in details what I actually did - except that I copied
the obviously missing phy-setup stuff from the realtime smc91111 driver
of RTnet which, in turn, was based on an older driver variant once
delivered with that board. However, the patch might be useful for others
as well, and maybe someone has the time to clean this up and port it to
etherboot 5.5. It has to be furthermore checked if the phy-detection
does not do any harm to the older controller versions supported by the
smc9000 driver. I couldn't cross-check without the required hardware.

Have fun,
Jan
