Configure DHCP so that the PXE ROMs load undi.zpxe, which will then issue a new DHCP request complete with the PCI vendor and device IDs of the NIC. At this point, your DHCP server can hand out a version of Etherboot specifically for this network card. It's slightly long-winded, but it avoids potential problems that arise only through extended use of the PXE stack (e.g. resource lossage) by minimising the time for which the PXE firmware code is used.
