What is good road map for the documentation?
Here a proposal.

* CVS copy etherboot-doc-5.3  etherboot-doc-5.4
* cd etherboot-doc-5.4
* sed -ie 's/5\.3/5.4/' *    # "blind find & replace"
* cd ..
* CVS copy etherboot-doc-5.4  etherboot-doc-5.5
* cd etherboot-doc-5.5
* sed -ie 's/5\.4/5.5/' *    # "blind find & replace"
* focus on updating doc-5.5

And website level

* create http://www.etherboot.org/doc52/
* create http://www.etherboot.org/doc52/html/documentation.html
* create http://www.etherboot.org/doc54/
* create http://www.etherboot.org/doc54/html/documentation.html
* create http://www.etherboot.org/doc55/
* create http://www.etherboot.org/doc55/html/documentation.html
* update http://www.etherboot.org/doc/html/documentation.html
with URLs to both 5.4 and 5.5

Looking forward to see the feeback

Cheers
