Preparing for 5.4.1

Greetings,

I'd like to do a production release of Etherboot (5.4.1) in the next 
month or so.  We have enough fixes and additions that it makes sense.

I was thinking of mid to late July.  So, if you have any patches or 
suggestions, please submit (or suggest) them soon.
