I'm happy to add some notes to that page. What do I need to do to get access? At present I'm using cut and paste from the guts of the PXE framework to hook into INT13, but don't really know enough about things under the covers to know exactly what I'm doing. Assuming I can get the trampoline stuff doing what I want, the rest is just taking the INT13 calls and issuing the appropriate AoE commands, which can all be done in 32 bit land where I feel right at home :) James > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] [mailto:etherboot- > [email protected]] On Behalf Of Geert Stappers > Sent: Wednesday, 7 December 2005 20:20 > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [Etherboot-developers] Etherboot as backend of INT13h AoE > driver > > On Tue, Dec 06, 2005 at 08:54:27PM +1100, James Harper wrote: > > Some more thinking, after looking at the code and development > > documentation (which btw, is far and above any other open source > > documentation I've ever read!)... > <snip/> > > >From what I've read so far, we'll only need a small handful of ATA > > commands, and the AoE protocol is pretty straight forward.
