How far is to having a bootstrap of AoE ->filo->USB flash pen?

Hello,
I have an old pentium II pc and would like to have it boot with DSLinux 
installed in a flash pen. The pc is not well equiped with a USB bios stack 
supporting mass storage drive. I would like to know if it is possible to 
have a such module embeded into bios. Thank you.
