Etherboot VMware/pcnet32/multiboot etc. fixes and changes to mknbi

Hello all,

the patches to Etherboot and mknbi that I placed in the patch tracker on
Sourceforge in December are now in the CVS. Feel free to test :)

However in this case I consider no news being good news - not many
users should actually notice any change.
